Olympus Park carries out all construction processes from the development of the concept of a residential building to its management. The company was founded in 2010. Construction of the Nasimi project began in July 2018. The complex is being built on Azadlig Avenue, on the site of Nasimi market, and consists of 4 buildings of 18-20 floors. The complex will include a 3-storey shopping center (TC), a covered courtyard with an area of 4600 square meters, a guarded, car-free courtyard, a 2-storey underground parking. The facade of the building will be covered with ceramic granite thermal insulation to maintain the temperature in the apartments.
