Nevertheless, there are values that have remained unchanged for millennia and with a high degree of probability we can say that they will remain so in the future. From the times of the primitive system to the present day, there are values that remain important for every person, this is a space for living, a place that is a refuge for a family, this is HOME. A primitive man's cave and modern housing, the difference and development of which are incomparable.
Baku is becoming more beautiful and modern every day. Undoubtedly, the works carried out in the field of construction, architecture and urban planning in general, which shape the image of the city, are the main manifestations of this development. As an integral part of these works, it is necessary to highlight the implementation of the 'Pilot Projects', which are undoubtedly one of the important factors in this area.
Currently, within the framework of the 'Pilot Project', the demolition of low-rise buildings that are in an emergency condition and unsuitable for habitation is being successfully implemented. In accordance with this program, within 5 years, 1,094 residential buildings (893,000 square meters of residential space, 15,857 apartments) should be demolished and 49,614 residents of these houses should be relocated to even larger residential areas with improved living conditions.
Among the pilot projects, the premium class residential complex “Panorama Bayil” differs from other projects by its peculiar and unique features. In general, this project will be implemented in 3 stages, and each stage is a separate building with internal infrastructure and landscape. These buildings are offered to buyers under the brands 'Panorama Bayıl-1', 'Panorama Bayıl-2' and 'Panorama Bayıl-3'.
